White Bean, Basil Burger

We love burgers, just like most Texans. That's why we had to adapt a vegan-friendly option, and this white bean, basil infused burger does not disappoint! The white beans help add a new twist to the traditional veggie/bean burger. So, add this one to your list because you'll keep coming back!

1 Can White Beans (drained & rinsed)
2 Garlic Cloves
1/2C Basil, (chopped)
1C Bread Crumbs
1t Pepper
1t Paprika
1/2 of a Lemon (juice)

Place all ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until everything is combined. Once combined, taste test your mixture and add any more spices to your liking. Using your hands, form the mixture into 4-5 patties. Set the oven to 425F. Place the patties on a baking sheet, and cook for 10-12 minutes. Flipping them once at the half way mark. Toast your burger buns and prepare any toppings that you would like, such as lettuce, red onions, avocado, tomatoes, mustard, ketchup.

Serves 4-5.
Prep time 10 minutes.
